Fact: Power is the first thing we lose as we age.
Training power helps support your joints to withstand daily stresses, maintain balance, and prevent injury. Coupled with strength training, this program will help you build a strong, confident, and resilient body that carries you through life with ease—all while developing a lean physique that feels powerful inside and out.
The 12 weeks will be divided into three 4 week phases, P1, P2, and P3. Each phase will progressively advance in intensity and movement variation.

My gym doesn’t have all of this equipment. Can I still do the program?
Absolutely! There’s always alternatives if certain equipment isn’t available. For example, if your gym doesn’t have kettlebells, dumbbells work just as well. You’ll also be able to message me directly through the app for substitutions or questions about your setup.

I’m starting to training again after some time off. Should I start with this program?
If you’re returning to training or are newer to lifting, I recommend beginning with the FOUNDATIONS 9-WEEK PROGRAM first. It will help you establish a solid baseline of strength, which is essential before progressing into power-focused training.
