  • Foundations is designed to establish a solid base for safe, efficient movement and long-term health.

    Over 9 weeks, we’ll focus on improving strength, stability, and conditioning with special attention to key areas like your core, shoulders, and knees. Training is organized into three progressive 3-week phases, each increasing in complexity and challenge to enhance your movement quality, joint health, and overall functional fitness—preparing your body to perform better and stay resilient.

    My gym doesn’t have all of this equipment. Can I still do the program?
    Absolutely! There’s always alternatives if certain equipment isn’t available. For example, if your gym doesn’t have kettlebells, dumbbells work just as well. You’ll also be able to message me directly through the app for substitutions or questions about your setup.
